Daycare FAQs

  • To ensure we have proper staffing, we require a 24 hour notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Safety of our guests is #1!

  • Just like people, not all dogs like to socialize. This is why we have all dogs come in for a behavior evaluation and some test days so our experts can help you determine if daycare is a good option for your dog.

  • To ensure the safety and well being of all dogs, a we offer a comprehensive evaluation that consists of verbal review with the dog parent as to what their goals are for daycare, the behavioral history of their dog and any health issues we must be aware of. After that, a slow introduction to different types of dogs, that we have deemed our ambassadors, will be safely completed. If all goes well, and if the dog seems happy and comfortable after that, we require at least one half day of play within the same week to determine if we have a good fit! Safety is our first priority!

  • Yes, we do evaluation, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 10am by appointment. Please call 844.438.3936 and we will be happy to schedule that for you.

  • Sometimes we can make exceptions. However, we need to make sure we have the correct balance of dogs for the evaluation. Please call for details if you cannot make the posted days and hours for the evaluation. We will do our very best to accommodate you.

  • Daycare can be as little as $32.40. We offer daycare packages. Check our pricing page for all options.

  • Yes, a half day is anything up to 6 hours. The cost is $27.00. There are no package discounts for half days.

  • 7am to 7pm. All dogs must be dropped off no later than 10am.
